I’ve put up a few photos from the weekend. On saturday I competed in a 5 a side football tournament with guys from work. We did ok in the group, not bad, but not good. The highlight was destroying our company rival, MPC, 7-1. Check the photo’s here.

Wake Boarding and Paintballing

I went wake boarding a few times in the last month. There’s a few lakes down in Ashford with a cable pull. Tons of fun and relatively cheap. It’s not as cold as it looks and we probably didn’t even need wetsuits.

Richmond Park

Went to Richmond Park yesterday. It’s a massive nature preserve in the south side of London. (google satellite map) There’s a bunch of deer which seem used to humans, so you can get quite close. They didn’t like Hugo much though. Check out my photo’s here.

Waitangi Day

This weekend I partook in Waitangi Day, a New Zealand tradition having to do with the English signing a treaty with the Mauri (Maori?). I was told that this day doesn?t usually involve massive amounts of drinking. However, in London, all the visiting Kiwi?s have started the tradition of participating on the Circle Line Pub [...]
