OK - so - this is a trick photo? No one had any idea what it was, hence the voluminous response. Couldn’t even think of a rude association.

I figured it was a button based on the picture’s name: macroButton.jpg… however, I didn’t feel like playing your game. Plus, it looks more like one of those inflatable rafts people lay on in the pool.
