Amdavad (Ahmedabad), is the main city in Gujarat. It’s pretty much a requirement to go there when traveling through this part of India. I really didn’t like it much. There wasn’t any infrastructure for visitors, so there was little to no English signs. Restaurants were few and far between, and not a single internet cafe was still open. It really felt unfriendly. Though maybe I was just hot and tired. The river below was filled with some of the most toxic looking fluid I’ve ever seen. Though other than that, it was lovely.
